My Journey
My journey for wellness began to take shape in 2016 when I conducted a yoga session in my community and saw the profound impact it had on my friends. As someone who had also experienced health challenges, I began incorporating daily yoga and meditation to transform my own life. I became acutely aware of the struggles faced by professionals managing demanding schedules, health concerns, and high stress levels. I took formal certification as a Yoga Teacher from The JKYog Teacher’s Training Academy. Determined to make a difference, I now specialize in yoga flows that alleviate low back pain—a common issue among desk-bound professionals—while helping individuals achieve higher productivity and work-life balance.
My Philosophy
For me, yoga is a spiritual journey that connects body, mind, and soul. Inspired by the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali Yoga Sutras, I believe that health and spirituality go hand in hand. True wellness integrates physical vitality, mental clarity, and devotion. I make it a point to blend each yoga session with insights into spiritual and devotional practices, ensuring that yoga becomes not just an exercise, but a tool for deeper connection and purpose. With this approach, I aim to transform each practice into "Suyog"—a harmonious union enriched by devotion.
My Primary Areas of Focus
Low Back Pain Relief: I am on a mission to eliminate low back pain, a common problem in working professionals. I’ve developed a targeted yoga flow that offers relief and recovery for those struggling with low back pain.
Work-Life Balance and Productivity: Having walked this path myself as an engineer, I help working professionals integrate yoga and mindfulness into daily routines, leading to enhanced focus, energy, and overall well-being.
